Incheon International Airport (ICN) – Terminal 1
Airport pickup instructions for all vehicle categories.
- Our airport representative or driver will contact you via your selected contact method (LINE, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, WeChat, etc.) or the email address provided during booking at least 24 hours before your arrival.
- Most passengers meet their driver within 60–90 minutes after landing, including immigration and baggage claim.
- If you cannot find your driver, please check the designated meeting point first. If you still need assistance, contact us using your selected contact method.
- Free waiting time is available for up to 90 minutes after your flight lands.
- For booking changes, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup.

Our driver monitors your flight in real time and waits at the arrival gate with a name sign.
Arrival Gates (A–E) vary depending on the airline and arrival schedule.
Flight delays of 1–2 hours are not a problem. Your driver will continue monitoring the flight and wait accordingly.

Meeting Point 12C
After immigration and baggage claim, proceed to Exit 12.
Cross the road and wait at Bus Stop 12C.
Our Korean operation team will contact you via LINE before arrival.
When you reach the meeting point, send us a message via LINE and we will coordinate your driver.

Meeting Point Exit 3–4
After immigration and baggage claim, proceed to Exit 3–4.
Cross the road and wait at the designated pickup area between Exit 3 and Exit 4.

Once you arrive at the meeting point, send us a message and we will coordinate your driver.
