
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of GTrip Transfer services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Overview
GTrip Transfer is a booking platform that connects customers with licensed local transportation providers. We do not operate vehicles directly.
2. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings must be completed through our website or official communication channels
- A confirmation email will be sent after successful booking
- Please ensure all details (date, time, flight, location) are correct
3. Airport Pickup Policy
- Pickup time is based on your flight arrival time
- Drivers monitor flights in real-time, including delays
- Free waiting time: up to 90 minutes after landing
- If the customer cannot be contacted after 2 hours, the booking will be considered a no-show
4. Airport Drop-off Policy
- Customers must be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time
- Drivers may arrive 5–10 minutes early
- Waiting time: up to 15 minutes after scheduled pickup
5. Changes & Cancellations
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service
- Changes must be requested in advance via LINE or email
- Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed
6. No-Show Policy
- If the customer does not show up or cannot be contacted within the waiting time, the booking will be canceled with no refund
7. Luggage & Passenger Responsibility
- Please ensure your luggage fits within the selected vehicle capacity
- Extra luggage may require additional vehicles or charges
8. Delays & External Factors
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other external conditions
- Drivers will make reasonable efforts to provide the service as scheduled
9. Payments
- Payments may be made via credit/debit card, PromptPay, or bank transfer
- All prices are fixed and include standard service fees
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy page.
11. Liability
- GTrip Transfer acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers
- We are not liable for damages, losses, or incidents beyond our control
