Booking & Service

How do I book an airport transfer?

You can easily book through our website in just a few steps. Select your route, number of passengers, and travel date, then complete your booking online.

Can I book last-minute?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent bookings, please contact us via LINE for availability.

Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?

Yes. We monitor your flight in real-time. Your driver will adjust the pickup time based on actual arrival.

Where will I meet the driver?

The driver will wait at the arrival hall with a signboard displaying your name.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

We support online payments via credit/debit card. Additional local payment options may be available depending on your location.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All prices include fuel, tolls, parking, and waiting time.

Cancellation & Refund

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

How do I get a refund?

Once your booking is cancelled, you will receive a link to submit your refund details. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are transferred to your provided bank account or PromptPay number.

How do I choose the right vehicle?

Select based on number of passengers and luggage. Our system will recommend suitable vehicles automatically.

What if we have a lot of luggage?

Please choose a larger vehicle. If unsure, contact us and we’ll assist you.
