1. About GTrip Transfer
GTrip Transfer provides airport transfer services and related transportation solutions in selected destinations across Asia.
By making a booking through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are considered confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation according to the selected payment method.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details before completing their reservation.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information including passenger names, flight details, pickup locations and contact information.
GTrip Transfer is not responsible for service disruptions resulting from incorrect information provided during booking.
4. Airport Pickup Procedures
Airport pickup instructions and meeting arrangements will be provided before service.
Depending on the airport, vehicle category and operational requirements, customers may receive meeting point instructions from the driver or operations team through the contact details provided during booking.
Customers should remain reachable using the communication methods provided in their booking.
5. Airport Drop-off Procedures
Customers are responsible for selecting a pickup time that allows sufficient travel time and airport check-in time before departure.
GTrip Transfer is not responsible for missed flights resulting from insufficient travel planning by the customer.
6. Contact Information & Communication
Customers are encouraged to provide at least one active communication method such as LINE, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, email or phone number.
Drivers, operational partners or GTrip Transfer representatives may contact customers before or during service to provide operational updates, pickup instructions or meeting arrangements.
7. Vehicle Categories
Vehicle images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
Customers purchase a vehicle category rather than a guaranteed vehicle model.
Actual vehicles may vary depending on location, availability and operational requirements.
8. Flight Monitoring
Airport pickup services include flight monitoring.
Drivers and operational partners may adjust pickup timing according to actual flight arrival information.
9. Child Seats & Additional Services
Optional services such as child seats and other special requests may incur additional charges.
Availability of additional services may vary by destination.
10. Changes & Amendments
Requests to modify bookings are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Changes requested shortly before service may not be possible.
11. No-Show Policy
For airport pickup services, if a passenger cannot be located or contacted within 2 hours after the actual flight arrival time, the booking will be treated as a no-show.
No refunds will be provided for no-show bookings.
12. Limitation of Liability
GTrip Transfer’s liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, missed connections, personal expenses or consequential damages.
13. Force Majeure
GTrip Transfer is not responsible for delays, interruptions or service failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, airport restrictions, government actions, strikes or major traffic incidents.
14. Payment Terms
Payments are processed using approved payment methods available through the website.
Additional payment processing fees may apply depending on the selected payment method.
15. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy published on the GTrip Transfer website.
Customers should review the Refund Policy before booking.
16. Privacy & Data Usage
Customer information is used solely for booking management, operational coordination and customer support.
Information may be shared with drivers and operational partners when necessary to provide the booked service.
